Before you get started, here's a little on how it works

The rating scale

You'll be asked to identify the presence and strength of emotions in different faces, including your own. To do so you'll map the strength of those emotions you see present on the scale below. The depth of colour that you choose indicates how strongly you see that emotion in the face you're rating.
